2) Is there any hidden fee?
Hongkong Storage's storage fee is very competitive. We do not have any hidden fees (e.g. permanent removal charge).
3) Is the storage facility suitable for document storage?
Client's documents will be stored in a temperature and humidity controlled facilities. All Hongkong Storage's storage facilities are equipped with G4S's security system and fire safety system. We perform pest control regularly.
4) Are there any additional services available?
Besides document storage, Hongkong Storage provides document disposal, document shredding and document imagining services. Client can also use our self-storage to store other office items.
5) How long is the delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2~3 days after a request is made. If a client needs the same day delivery, there is express delivery service available at extra cost.
6) Is there minimum storage quantity?
The minimum storage quantity is 50 cartons.
7) How do you keep track of document boxes?
Hongkong Storage uses SAP system to manage warehouse. Each document box has its unique bar-code for recording its latest location.
